I have lived in Birmingham since 1988. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, I graduated high school from St. Vincent's Academy and after that obtained a BA degree from Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, La., in Marketing and Merchandising graduating in 1978. I am 32 years in real estate where I have sold over 2,000 + properties and have treated every client like family. My philosophy is work hard and do the right thing… always. I have been in the business long enough to see all the changes through the years but this one principle remains…. building good relationships is key to success. I consistently have been blessed to be a top producer in the market producing sales volume over 10+ million annually. I have the knowledge and experience it takes and, in this business, it does matter. To me, it is not just a real estate transaction… it is about building trust and forming lasting relationships. Also, with my experience, I have developed respect throughout the industry where I have a good reputation with co-oping agents which makes the negotiating experience a much smoother process.

I have been married for 44 years to my husband, Huff, who I met on a blind date while at Louisiana Tech. Huff is a Structural Engineer with Southern Company. We have 2 grown children and 6 precious grandchildren. When not out selling real estate or doing family activities, we enjoy recreation at the Birmingham Sailing Club where we race our sailboat with a great group of friends.
